Ideal Wake Time: 6:00–6:30 AM (avoid rushing)
Routine:
Best Herbs: Ashwagandha, Triphala, Licorice
Best Tea: Ginger or cinnamon tea .
Avoid: Cold smoothies, skipping meals, rushing.
Tends to: Heat, sharpness, irritability, inflammation
