A mixture of Indian herbs that are added to drinking water. Dahasamani is excellent for cooling the body, purifying the blood and improving digestion. The herbs impart a beautiful deep pink colour and lovely taste. Simply boil 3 litres of water, add 1 tsp of Dahasamani and return to the boil. Once boiled, the water turns a beautiful deep colour. Strain and drink throughout the day. This process can be started the night before, leave to steep overnight and strain in the morning.
