Kapooradhi Oil is an Ayurvedic massage oil used for reducing cramps, stiffness and muscle pain. It helps to reduce all types of pain related to bone and joints. It helps improve circulation so that joints can function optimally. The benefits of this oil are numerous. For people who have a vata imbalance , this oil helps pacify vata. It is useful for combating inflammation as it reduces swelling of several types.
Kapooradi oil is used in cases of respiratory disorders as well. It has been found to be useful in breathing difficulties as the Kapoora (Camphor) opens the airways.
