Description
Trifla is the most famous three fruits preparation of Ayurveda. Haritaki, Bibhitaki and Amalaki are combined in equal amounts. It is considered to balance all three dosha’s of the body, cleanse and rejuvenate the colon and clear toxins from the system.
3-4 Trifla can be taken before bed with warm water.
As a liver tonic 1-2 Trifla can be taken between meals, with warm water.
As a digestive 1-2 can be taken with meals, with warm water
