Welcome to the Eumundi Medicine Man B2B Wholesale Purchasing Portal. By accessing or using our wholesale portal, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
The wholesale portal is available exclusively to registered businesses with a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) or other relevant business documentation. We reserve the right to verify business credentials before granting access.

We accept mostly all Health Practitioners Modalities.

2. Account Registration
You must create an account to place wholesale orders. All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including passwords.

3. Orders and Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Eumundi Medicine Man reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the size of your order and location. These will be communicated after your order is completed.

Eumundi Medicine Man is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping. All risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on wholesale orders unless the product is defective or damaged. Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. Eumundi Medicine Man reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

You agree not to misrepresent our products or resell them under false pretenses.
