Step One: Warm the Oil
Use a small bowl and place it in hot water. Oil should be warm but not hot.
Step Two: Begin at the Crown
Apply oil to the scalp and massage with circular strokes. (You can skip this on busy days.)
Step Three: Face & Ears
Use upward strokes and massage gently around the ears and jaw.
Step Four: Neck & Shoulders
Long strokes downward on the neck, and circular motions on shoulders.
Step Five: Arms & Hands
Long strokes on the limbs, circular on joints.
Step Six: Chest & Abdomen
Clockwise circles on the belly; gentle strokes across the heart.
Step Seven: Legs & Feet
Long strokes on thighs and calves; circular on knees and ankles. Spend time on the feet – this grounds the entire nervous system.
Step Eight: Rest for 10–20 mins
Let the oil penetrate before bathing. Use warm water and mild soap if needed.
