A nervine tonic, which pacifies excess vata. Traditionally this tea is given to women after childbirth to restore lost energy and thus aid post natal depression. This powerful tonic is unique to Ayurveda, made from 10 roots which have been decocted and fermented making the taste of this tea full bodied, rich and satisfying.
Best to take 15 – 25ml after meals in hot water as a nurturing tea.
