Shatavari also known as Asparagus Rasemosus is an Ayurvedic herb that moisturises us internally, it is cooling and sweet in nature. Known to optimise a woman’s vitality supporting the proper function of the female reproductive system. It is used to reduce the wind and fire element, perfect to combat dryness and heat in the body. Traditionally used in Ayurveda as the foremost uterine tonic.
Contraindications: over weight and indigestion.
