Description
Sukumaram Tea is a traditional tea used to balance the endocrine system. Sukamaram means “young and beautiful”. Benefits may include balance of hot flushes, estrogen dominance, irritability and menstrual disorders.
Shatavari major ingredient
Dose: Add 10-15ml to 60ml of warm water and drink as a tea. Take 2 hours before meals, twice a day. We recommend taking Sukamaram Tea for a minimum of 3 months to support hormonal balancing.
Contraindications & Cautions:
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Not recommended for use by children younger than 12 years.
- Not recommended to take in combination with any medications.
