Description
Three Fruits Capsules or commonly referred to as Triphala Capsules, the combination of these three herbs is a balanced “Rasayana” (adaptogenic tonic). Triphala can be used by all individuals because Haritaki is rejuvenatives for vata or air; Amalaki for pitta or fire; Bibhitaki for kapha or earth.
Three Fruits , Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki are combined here to support a healthy digestive system. Clinically used to move slow bowels, this herbal preparation is a complete body cleanser, yet doesn’t make peristalsis lazy. Can be used as part of a regular or seasonal cleansing ritual.
The conditions mentioned for each individual herb can be treated with this age-old compound Triphala.
Triphala Contains: Phyllanthus emblica (Amalaki)
Terminalia belerica (Bibhitaki)
Terminalia chebula (Haritaki)

Dose – To cleanse the colon take 4 capsules before bed with warm water. In the morning a good bowel motion should be forthcoming. If bowels are dry or compacted it may take a few days at this dose. Gandhava Oil may be needed alongside Three Fruits Capsules if bowels are too dry.
If bowels are sensitive take 2 capsules before bed with warm water.
