Zinc Spice capsules combine three different forms of zinc (Zinc Chelate, Zinc Citrate, Zinc Gluconate) for broad spectrum absorption. We have also included natural selenium extracted from garlic, Amalaki for natural Vit C, Horsetail for natural silica, Kelp, Nettles, B12, B6 and B3.
Men require zinc for sperm production and a healthy prostate. Healthy hair, nails and skin are self evident with healthy zinc levels.
